I’ve ordered multiple pieces from Mochipan over the past year or so, and have recommended it to many! Each piece has been beautiful and endurable - I wore two this year to a local con, and there isn’t a hint of how much I sweat. I’ve reached out to customer service in the past for two things: one, to double check sizing on masculine clothing, and two, to see about obtaining a discount code for the people I send their way, given I work in a job where I can dress as whimsically as I please and see many people. Both times, I was answered quickly and kindly. Absolutely love Mochipan, and will continue ordering more! (Let’s not talk about how many preorders I’ve done, or that I’ll be doing another one this weekend)

J’avais été insatisfaite de ma commande et avais laissé un avis moyen sur l’article (lui aussi moyen).. qui aujourd’hui a disparu, il n'y a que des avis 5 étoiles. Pour une entreprise qui se revendique éthique, je trouve ça très moyen de censurer les avis 👎

Mochipan is an exceptional company that I have had the pleasure shopping with on two occasions. The sizing is inclusive and that means a lot to me. I am so used to not finding things in my size, but I don't have that problem with Mochipan! The customer service representative, Max, is incredibly professional and helpful. I was able to return a croissant jacket massively past the return due date due to a special exception. That really meant a lot to me as someone who is more on the "low income" end of the spectrum. I was able to reinvest that money back into their Love Me dress, and I am very excited to receive it when completed. The reviews from people saying they never got their order don't seem to understand how Mochipan operates. They collect the cost up front so they can fund the project, create your item, and then ship it out. You may be waiting either shorter or longer for a piece than originally estimated, due to it literally going through sample reviews and being manufactured to ship. They release a newsletter stating the progress on all preorder items and it gets sent to your email. You can also email Max with any questions you have. Honestly, the garments are very thoughtfully designed, which can be rare for alt fashion brands. They are so comfortable & pleasant to wear. Needless to say, I'm a big fan! Also, if you don't want to wait for your item to finish completion, you can ask for a refund, just read the rules & product description.

I’ve ordered a good large handful of items from this brand and I’ve loved every piece more and more every time I get something new. The quality I’ve always been happy with, the shipping has always gone according to what the info says. Nothing bad to say.

I was nervous about buying such an expensive item of clothing from outside of the UK but my teenage daughter was desperate for a death head hawk moth cardigan and nowhere else has anything similar. I paid for the swap protection, but I needn't have worried. The cardigan arrived 2 weeks after I placed the order. It is absolutely gorgeous and my daughter loves it. It is really good quality and well made. She says it is really warm, cosy and comfortable. It was expensive and postage to the UK (it was shipped from China) was expensive, but it was worth it as she will live in it now! I will be ordering another moth cardigan for her when it comes back in stock.

ordered a cardigan from them, there was a delay but i was happy to wait for it. they did offer a refund it i wanted to cancel but i didnt. was gonna right a review earlier but forgot. they are a good company and have good customer service. just keep in mind that you may be waiting a while for pre-orders but its worth it. quality is wonderful.

I didn't know I was looking for Mochipan til I found it. Getting to know their actual designers behind the clothes has been a privilge I didn't expect. I own the Orchard Romper, Starry Night Crop & Starry Night short skirt. Excellent quality all around. I also have a few pre-orders expected later this year.. Basically after one purchase they caught me by the wallet
