As frustrating as it was that I couldn't use MobileSIM's e-Sim on my phone, MobileSIM did try to guide me through the process, but it didn't work as I discovered my phone was still locked. So they gave me a full refund/credit. I cannot say the same for Sakura Mobile, who would not give a refund. I am very grateful to MobileSIM for honoring that.

Very good experience. Set up was a breeze. Once a connection was established, it worked well on my trip home to Trinidad 🇹🇹. I highly recommend if it’s available for the country you’re planning to travel to.

Couldn't add the e-sim to my phone. The links didn't work.
Response from MobileSIMMar 5, 2024
Dear Paul, Thank you for your feedback. In order to further help you out we would need the IMEI of the device you are trying to use. Please note that the Travel eSIM is a Data-only eSIM unless it specifically states under the "More Details" section on the Buy page that it also works for Voice & Text for the country you chose. In order to install your Travel eSIM, please follow these steps: - Scan the QR code with your phone's camera. The activation QR code will be available once the order is placed. (*recommended) - Or manually install your Travel eSIM by going to your phone's settings and entering the needed details. Don't forget we provide 24/7 live Customer Support, so contact us anytime night or day or check out our Help Center at: https://www.MobileSim.com/help_center.
