Please follow the next troubleshooting steps: - If you received an automated SMS with installation steps, once you connected to the local provider, please endure that you follow those steps - Turn On and Off Airplane mode and test the service. - Disable “Limit IP Address Tracking”: Go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Options → Under Data Roaming you will see "Limit IP Address Tracking". - Perform a manual network selection: Disable the automatic network selections and select one of the available providers in the area: Go to Settings > Cellular > Network Selection > Disable the automatic selection > Select a different provider. Please note that not all devices are eSIM-compatible, so it’s a good idea to check that your device supports eSIMs before getting started. You can find it by dialing *#06# on your device. Also, note that you might not even notice that the eSIM is already installed after scanning the QR code, and that is because the eSIM will most likely be assigned a random name such as: "Travel eSIM", "Business", "Cellular Data", "Personal" or probably a different one. IMPORTANT NOTE: To download the Travel eSIM to your device you need a stable internet connection, preferably a WiFi connection.
