I'm not sure what negative reviewers are talking about, but my experience and service with MobileSentrix has been superior. I've bought several items from them and they were very courteous and responsive to my questions and aided me in finding just the right part every time. I worked with sales representative Mo and also Steve on the technical side and they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me get the parts i needed in a very timely manner. I so appreciate them! Everything was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in 2 days which is very helpful when your phone isn't working! MobileSentrix will be the only place I will order parts from in the future. Their prices are very reasonable and everything worked as described, thank you so much Mo and Steve and everyone at MobileSentrix...Sincerely Robert

cancelled my order for no reason

No compreis si hay algún problema en mi caso no se hacen responsables ellos echan culpas a Dhl y Dhl a ellos menos mal que pague por pay pal si no dinero perdido sin contar con el artista encargado aquí en España

i am doing business with them for few years so far, as a retailer i am very satisfied with quality of parts and customer service, they have wide range of product. i highly recommend them hope they continue to do their best best of luck

PESSIMA PESSIMA PESSIMA esperienza! Adesso capisco tutte le recensioni negative che leggevo, ma pensavo fossero persone un pò superficiali..... mi sbagliavo!!! Acquisto di un prodotto di prova per verificare la qualità dei loro ricambi, arrivato danneggiato e di pessima qualità. Fatto notare al venditore che mi ha seguito, sembrava gentile, ma poi si è rivelato parecchio scortese e per nulla trasparente. Rimborso richiesto e mai arrivato fino a quando non ho aperto il reclamo con Paypal. Fidatevi..... NON ACQUISTATE da questo rivenditore disonesto e con un assistenza pessima. Mandano prodotti fallati o inutilizzabili e poi vi ritrovate a combattere e spendere ulteriori soldi per rimandare indietro la merce. "Garanzia a vita" ????? specchietto per le allodole per incastrare clienti.

I’ve been purchasing mobile parts from Mobile Centrix / Taiba Mobile for years, and overall the business relationship had been consistent—until a recent issue completely changed my experience. One of my orders never arrived. I opened a support ticket with them, and they initially acknowledged responsibility. I asked them to file a claim with FedEx since the package was not delivered, but they failed to follow through on that process. Because I never received the goods and no resolution was being provided, my only remaining option was to open a chargeback with my credit card company. After the chargeback was processed and the funds were returned, they contacted me asking me to reverse the chargeback. When I declined—since I still had not received the product—they decided to close my account. After years of doing consistent business, it was disappointing to see the situation handled this way. I would have preferred a proper resolution through their support process rather than being forced into a chargeback and then losing my account as a result.

I wouldn’t order from this company. They treat their customers like trash. After spending over $500 in parts for my business I was met with an “unauthorized user” email, even though all of my business documentation was provided. The issue was that the parts were being shipped my new location. So just beware if you run any small business with multiple employees or locations. Only the CEO can order and receive packages in their name. Thankfully there are other pleasant suppliers to deal with
