You butted in after I tried to get info…
You butted in after I tried to get info on Medic Alert . I was signed up and paying way too soon. Too much$ I sent it back unopened and am waiting for my refund.

So far
So far, my experience has been "blah." I have no idea whether the device will work because I haven't received it, even though my check to MobilHelp cleared the bank immediately. The reviews I read highly recommended MobilHelp but I cannot.

We require a minimum 10-day hold for any accounts paid using checking or check. You equipment is schedule to be shipped this week and arrive this week. Sales rep went entirely to fast in…
Sales rep was far to interested in making quick sale than helping us, got both of our names wrong after I spelled each name 2 times, very unhappy with him, interrupted when I tried to ask question several times, I hope he is not representative of all your employees, he was in a rush the whole time I was speaking with him!

was promised the coverage in my area…
was promised the coverage in my area would work fine. No signal and they forgot to send the lock box. now i have to send it back at my expense. i already paid for shipping to get it here $20. not happy with the whole mess. seems they will promise anything to get a sale. BEWARE

A Happy Customer
I received my equipment on time with easy setup and information. The only problem . I'm petite, and l did not care for the unit around my neck. I called customer care, problem solved quickly and easily. So easy to talk to, they cared about my comfort. Love them !

Scammers dont trust this place ordered…
Scammers dont trust this place ordered said two days ago was getting my tracking number for my equipment still nothing after payment scams don't trust theses people and sadly to say these people have multiple people calling you after placing the order acting like them gave all my details to them and they took off
