I had to call customer support today (Jan. 22)
I had to call customer support today. I was unable to sign in to my account. The person with whom I talked was very helpful and friendly. However, when I look at my credit card transactions, I see a charge of $1.00 from MobileHelp. I did not approve this charge.

Initial email to setup expires before…
Initial email to setup expires before you receive the device. I was told to wait until the device arrived before completing the set up. So I had to call support to get another setup code.

I did not like that using a checking…
I did not like that using a checking account instead of a debit/credit card would have delayed shipment. I am resentful of the lack of trust in cooperate America. I feel like I am just a number, not a person in need of help.
