First of all, you run circles around Life Alert! After 10 years with them, I am so glad I switched over to MobilHelp!! Mark was a person who helped me get my pendant. He was so thorough and explained everything to me. I’m 75 years old and I don’t do well with technology. I started getting these emails about doing a survey about terms and conditions. I couldn’t even pull it up on the computer. I believe I spoke with Arthur. He was so nice and I asked him if I could have it sent to me in the mail. I was so glad that he got it out for me. I believe I spoke with Cherbrena the day before I got my pendant. I remember being frantic, because I forgot to ask Mark something. I can’t remember what it was. Whatever it was, Cherbrena explained everything to me. She also told me that if I have any more questions, after I get the pendant I could call her back on Saturday morning because that’s when she would be working. I got my pendant and charger on Thursday. It was so easy to put together. I couldn’t believe how nervous I was over something so simple. Cherbrena did a fantastic job of calming me down with her kindness and patience. I called Cherbrena on Saturday morning, to thank her and for being so kind to me. I thought if I just dialed the number, once I asked for her I would get her. Then I got Denise on Saturday morning. First, I asked her, how long would it be before I would get my survey? She suggested that she could walk me through it. She walked me through it. She was also so kind and helpful. And then I told her I really wanted to talk to Cherbrena, to thank her for helping me so much Wednesday. She connected me to her. I am so thankful for your employees. I have no idea how you screen your employees. But, someone at the top doesn’t excellent job. I have never dealt with such kind people. And, I think of them often. My feelings on this is that the employees that I spoke to, our treated very well by their supervisors. I feel, in time you should give the people I dealt with a promotion. If you can’t give them a promotion, at least give them a raise. I’m on the sidelines looking in. And, what I see is that they are miles above the best. I am telling everyone I have come in contact with how great my new pendant is.
