Salesman was very helpful and made things very easy.

When I called to get information about Mobile Help Mark was helpful and did a good job explaining how the system works. I wish he had told me about the $100 to the person who gave me the referral, I heard about that from the recording while I was on hold. It was granted. As an older adult who uses the computer fairly well, I feel your signup instructions were confusing and asked my granddaughter to assist me.

I would give it a 5 star rating, but it was a bit confusing when I received the unit, charged it and the light went from red (needs charging) to green (completed charged) within 10 minutes, then to see the green light on the unit blinking a couple of hours later. I placed it overnight to charge and has been fine since. I have had it for approximately 3 days and I will see how it works from now on.

Would have given 5 stars based only on second contact, Mark. The first contact was very poor. He wasn't able to give me accurate information & and was not able to communicate it with me.
