I was out grocery shopping when the…
I was out grocery shopping when the alarm went off while I was packing my groceries but EMT'S never showed up at the grocery store. Instead they were sent to my apartment. I never leave my apartment without taking the Long-range Mobile Help Device with me. Can't remember exact date.

Often thw alarm goes off by a simple un…
Often thw alarm goes off by a simple un anticipated nudge. I then cancel immediately. Still I get a call to check on me which is unnecessary and annoying. I never get this adjusted by your tech staff.

Not happy since you sent the new one
I do not like the idea of where in the mobile unit around my neck. I’m on the go all the time. Meanwhile, I’m using the first unit that the fasten with it on a belt or your pants when it wears out I will be looking for another company. There is no way I will write that around my neck. I wear a little white button, but not the mobile unit

Way too slow!
The response was dangerously slow. In a real emergency I would have been in serious trouble. The response is slower than in the past.

UNAVAILABLE
The box holding the door key did not respond to the designated number after a year -- will not open. This morning no response when I pushed the red area on the left side of the main unit. The automatic voice provided mystifying instructions for this elderly customer unfamiliar with texts. No back-up 24-hour phone number.

Euipment and Connectivity Failures
This is not just for today. Since signing up I have had 3-Equpment replacements including original order. I have experienced multiple "test" failures and connectivity problems with the network used in my area for the main unit (in the house). Mobile seems ok. If Mobile is ok the base should be comparable. When network is down experienced NO NOTIFICATION. In my opinion equipment is questionable as is the network and monitoring for network being down and failure to notify clients.
