I feel safe with this company.I know when needed, they will be there for me.

The people who contacted me were exceptionally kind, thorough and did all they could to ensure I was safe and had the best and latest equipment. When I was told my current equipment needed to be updated, the new machine and attachments came quickly and the instructions for returning the old one with packaging arrived immediately.

Your rep answered the phone. I had called Lifelong and was put on hold with music for 15 min. I had enough and hung up. I called MobileHelp. Donna was very professional, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Great equipment. Excellent and fast response to equipment issues. The system gives me a wonderful sense of security.

I have never had any problems with my necklace or the tracking device. The few times I have had to call customer service, it has been a good experience. Calls are answered right away and the reps are very pleasant and helpful.

Alarm went off as soon as I fell. I cancelled it because my family was with me. They called 911, but it was good to know if I was alone, I would have gotten help
