My daughter knows if I fall
My daughter knows if I fall. With all the buttons, necklaces and watch, I know I will never lay on the floor for hours. I only wish I had a way to add my other children's phone numbers so they would know as well.

The ambulance people were here in no…
The ambulance people were here in no time and knew where to get the key to open my door. I had a bad fall and it was good to know I could get help so quickly.

I'm hesitant to describe my experience…
I'm hesitant to describe my experience as "great", but when I fell a few months ago, the fall was detected and I was contacted to see if I needed assistance. I didn't, but appreciated that the devices worked. However, I see this as simply getting what I'm paying for. I don't remember the actual date of the incident.

Saved my life
I fell this past February and broke my hip and arm and the mobil help contacted my daughter immediately. If I hadn't had the device there is no telling how long I would have layed there.

No need to use yet
I have had no cause to really use your services to call for help as I have been able to either have the help of a family member of a good friend which, under the circumstances, worked out best. But I am happy to have it available if I do need it.
