well the lady that called me was very polite and answered my questions and when we had to use the service all the people are very nice and respones quick

The promptness of contact from MobileHelp is wonderful. Fortunately, I haven't had an accident and had to ask for help, but, I have accidently set off the alarm and they were calling immediately. If I have a question, they are very knowledgeable and quick to answer. Plus, the courtesy and kindness when I call to test my devise is wonderful.

My 92 and 1/2 year old mother fell in the bathroom, hit the wall and was leaning against the door. When her alarm went off, they immediately called me and since there was no response, sent the rescue. The door had to come off before they could get to her.
