Fortunately, I haven't needed to call Mobile Help due to a fall or injury, but when I do TEST calls around once a month, I am always greeted with concern and they want to be sure that I'm OK. It always makes me feel good that MobilHelp people are there for me!

I test the system every month and It usually passes. Tonight it said FAILED! I was concerned because when I go out at night and something happens it's more difficult to find help. I called and was helped by a wonderful woman (usually it's a man with an accent that's difficult to understand). Her name is MIA and she is FANTASTIC. I went to sleep feeling very secure.
