At first we had no idea why her mobile alert was activated, I heard a voice asking if she needed help, we ran to the bedroom where her base is located and started telling the guy on the phone we didn’t know what activated it. I realized that I had been rustling through her kitchen towel drawer and she had stashed her shower alert in that drawer!! I had inadvertently pressed it without knowing what I was doing 🤦‍♀️. So now I know how quick your response time is and I admonished my mom about not having that alert in the shower where it belongs!!!!

This occurred in early June of this year. I called you with pains in chest and you got the Paramedics here in record time. Thanks for handling the call from a very frightened woman so well!!!

Every time I press my alert button there is ALWAYS SOMEONE THERE! That’s peace of mind. Those who man the customer service phones are also GREAT! I lost one piece of equipment & it was promptly replaced without hassle. And my one repair was handled promptly handles, with patience!

Other than the signal being very weak in my house. I have no issues what so ever with your business. I don’t believe that’s your fault either.
