You kept me up to date with how my order was progressing.

My equipment was replaced quickly. I thank everyone I spoke with when I was setting the Mobil Help unit up. The only thing I do miss is the date, time, and temperature on the unit. Otherwise everything was converted quickly. Thank you for all your representatives that helped me. Linda Facterman

Two EMT’s arrived in my bedroom when my Health Alert went off after I had gone to bed. I had taken hearing aids out for the night & did not hear the notification that alert had gone off. I must have hit my alarm bracelet on TV remote in bed. They were very polite & concerned about frightening me. I know the Alert works & they were able to get in my house.

First time I had to press the button on my wrist device and was able to follow the whole process until the EMT's arrived. It worked like it was supposed to.

Very helpful agent. Answered questions I didn't know to ask. Lots of confidence with the product.

Pleasant and helpful and we tested all my alert devices.
