The agent was personable, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me.

I had trouble with my neck alarm and the person at Mobile Help was very helpful. My equipment had to be replaced with an alarm that has to be charged. I didn't write down the date, therefore I cannot leave an exact date.

The service worked extremely well on the one occasion that I had to use it and that was most reassuring. However, I keep receiving robot(?) calls from MobileHelp offering services and I would like them to stop.

Angel knows the meaning of gold customer service. She was patient, explained the options available to me in a way I could understand and was a delight to talk with.

Everyone is great. They make me feel welcome and relaxed. I love their personal relationships with patients. They are knowledgeable of my health.

When my mom complained about her unit flashing I called customer service. They check all our equipment and said the base unit was not working propertly but the mobile unit was which would keep my mom safe until we received the new units. They sent all new units within 2 days. Once I received the units I call again and tested them out. All units work and they sent a return label for the old equipment. Just an FYI they told me we should check the units every month.

Fortunately I have not had an emergency but I’m certain it will function as needed because I have had close calls.

I was not at home, and my family heard the call through the base box. Your agent was able to tell us exactly where she was, through GPS, and that it was an accidental bump to the wrist band.
