No matter if it's a test
No matter if it's a test, or any questions I have they are quite fast. Also when I need to use my machine within 5 min they call to check on you. I can live without fear of being alone thank you again for all the things you do.

I accidently pushed my neck button
I accidently pushed my neck button and I was immediately contacted to see if I needed help. It was comforting to know that if I had needed help they were there for me.

I have had my system for several years…
I have had my system for several years now and it has given me great peace of mind. I have only needed to use it once when I fell and the base station responded quickly. I was able to tell them I needed help getting up off the floor and no injuries that I could tell. The EMT team arrived in less than 5 minutes and used the code on the key box to get in. I was soon back up on my feet in no time and the only injury was to my pride.

Great service
I have had a couple of falls and Mobile Help was very fast asking if I needed help.I'm always recommending them.
