I am an old man and don`t remember names so I will just say the gentleman I talked with was very helpful and the shipping was fast. I had no problem getting it set up after testing was good to go. I believe the company to be very reliable and am glad I went with them.

My father experienced a fall in the parking lot following an MD appointment. I was with him at the time and so thankful that his Mobile Help pendant triggered an alarm. Immediately, we were connected to someone who asked if dad was alright and if we needed assistance! What a blessing this device is since I can’t be with him all of the time. Thank you!

I have used MobileHelp for a few years and I'm very happy with it. They responded very quickly when I pushed the button and sent the paramedics. They are very helpful any time I speak to them on the phone. I had a different service before and they weren't as quick to answer and weren't very nice on the phone. I also like that they didn't need a contract. I have recommended them to all my friends.
