Mobile help has great customer service
Mobile help has great customer service, and easy access to a live person. Their pendant arrived, and easy to set up. I like the fact that there is no equipment to buy or line activation fee, or requirement for landline phone.

I had no idea who I would be talking…
I had no idea who I would be talking with today, but what a blessing when a nice lady named Paula helped me. She walked me through each step, explaining carefully so I would understand the Best Lifeline Alert System for my situation. What an asset she is to your company.
