The easy instructions were excellant
The easy instructions were excellant. The call for support was quickly answered and the technician was very clear, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. I feel fully capable of implementing this system with my neighbor if she is willing.

You are all very courteous and take the time to explain everything to me. You assure me that you will be there if I need answers. My only issue seems to be that I have a green flashing light off and on throughout the day and I was thinking that indicated there was no reception from the cell tower? dated November 10th Janet C.
