I live in Georgia and needed to set up MobileHelp for my 97-year-old Aunt in New Jersey. I did not know how to begin the process. Sales Agent Gabriel was amazing! He was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I am a (younger) senior myself and only know the basics of my cell phone. Gabriel helped walk me through the process of reading my email from him and signing, while on my cell phone speaker. Gabriel told me to call him if I had any other questions or to clarify any information. I did need to call. I was cordially advised by Sales Agent JD (I believe was his name) that Gabriel was on another call and he would advise Gabriel to call me. A short time later Gabriel did. Once again so very helpful. I am so pleased that I chose MobileHelp for my Aunt’s safety.

He did not pressure me with any sales he listened and answered every one of my questions as well as took his time explaining what i needed for my mom. I had to get off w him to call my brother and he let me know i could reach him right bck when i was resdy to set this up. And calling bck i asked gor him and he pckd up w in a min and remembered exactly what we were discussing to meet my mothers needs. I am very pleased w the service and the information i was provided.
