The person I spoke with explained how the equipment worked and how to install it. I was very thankful for all his help. I had it installed in 20 minutes and I tested it the next morning and it is fine. It allows me to run errands and know help is just a few minutes away.

Becoming a member was extremely quick and easy. The sales representative Louis was friendly and knowledgeable. The price is also more affordable than competitor's systems. I learned about Mobile Help through my friend's experience. The monthly homebase tests have been reassuring as well as the few times she needed to press the button. During those falls, she found comfort and relief from the Mobile Help representative. Knowing that she wasn't alone and that someone was there, who was calmly getting help, made the unpleasant experiences bearable.
