Matthew was a great help. He was friendly, concise, and patient to answer all my questions. The device capabilities and service was what I was looking into for my Mom. I liked that Mobile Help was the first to come up with fall detection, has no hidden fees, no activation fee and no equipment fee.

The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and patient. He had a nice voice. After adding up what I wanted, he let me know that I was eligible for a second item which was a Nice surprise.
