Because I have a pacemaker
Because I have a pacemaker, I'm limited to 2 systems. This made it impossible to negotiate a good price. Also, no one could tell me why my system was approximately $50 cheaper if I ordered it on line. I did order it from the sales person, because of the time he spent with me.

Service rep was knowledgeable
Service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered questions. Would have rated a five star, but he got my name wrong on the email, lol.

Very informative. Was surprised I was not offered the Labor Day deal until I mentioned I heard a promotion was going on.

Noel-awesome sales rep!!
Noel, my sales associate, was very helpful and friendly! Made sure I understood everything and how things worked! He helped me choose the right system for my father-in-laws needs. Systems all set up and being used already!

Great security to have for Dad
Setting up mobile help was easy and rep was friendly and knowledgeable. It is great to have this security should he fall and need assistance. Like that it is waterproof, easy to charge, and test. Unfortunately my father is hard of hearing and can't understand the voice's instructions if he accidentally presses button. (We are in process of getting him hearing aid) I believe it is due to an accent or that it is a computer generated voice. Luckily when this happened my sister was with him and canceled it.

I really hate to write reviews
I really hate to write reviews. Why are my kids contacted when I do a test on this? The other night I didn't get around to it until 9:20 p.m. and my daughter in town was awakened (she goes to bed at 8:30 as she gets up at 3:30 and my 2 other children were both awakened too as they live in NM and WI). They should have been notified it was just a test. I'll have to do it earlier in the day, but I didn't realize they were notified when I was testing the equipment!

Lady in customer service went over correct usage of locket…do not wear in bed and let it charge overnight. She was very helpful about details I didn’t know.
