It was very easy to set up the Mobile Help service. I live in an Independent Living facility, but over the past month have seen two residents hospitalized after falling in their apartments. Mobile Help seems like a very good idea in the event help is needed.

Ferris was a tremendous help to our family. He was patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful. And he laughed at my jokes. I spoke with him twice today re our orders, and I was so happy that I got ahold of him the second call. I just canceled 3 units with another service - that service (which is highly ranked - shockingly) was unpleasant to deal with when I tried to cancel it. The bad experience with them made me procrastinate on renewing this much-needed service for my in-laws and myself. Ferris made this frustrating process so pleasant and easy.
