The sales rep I talked to several times was patient, friendly abd helpful. He allowed me time to do my own research and compare companies. He answered my questions. He didn't make me feel pressured. I haven't yet received the device, but it is now ordered. Hoping it will be all that was promised.

Claire was very informative and easy to communicate with throughout the phone call. I was very glad to sign up for the holiday special before it ended. The concept of the safe box was brought up during the chat with Claire, of which I immediately signed up for due to my having to run errands while my partner remains home. This is a safeguard in case an emergency takes place and no one can access the homestead. The fact that the monthly rates will remain static in January of 2025 is a great relief. Once again, it was a pleasure to talk with Claire as she was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She was so patient with me and gave me the needed time to write down the main features and prices of the package deal.😀
