Had to explain too much before I got…
Had to explain too much before I got help. When I need help I need it ASAP not when they get all their questions answered. I thought they had gps to locate me.

Extra Step
Would have liked getting call from Mobile Help also so I could be reassured that they receive my signal and help on way.

Overall the company does a fine job…
Overall the company does a fine job when it comes alerting about potential falls. Since we've made an adjustment to the system (on your end), we have avoided unnecessary alerts.

my husband fell in the bathroom
my husband fell in thebathroom and I pushed the call button and I spoke to a lady and toldher he was fine but I couldn't get him up and she informed me that help was on the way
