Set up is awful
Set up is awful. Questions on hair color weight height and many others are just not nessary The man I had was rude when I tried to ask question. I was ready to cancel my order

I have yet to receive my order…
I ordered the mobile help products 2weeks ago. I still have yet to receive it. Because of my ailment, I have had minor set backs and could have used the mobile help. Had I known it was gonna take this long, I would have went with another company.

Felt like false information were…
Felt like false information were provided when I ordered the system. Was told my parent’s’s language of communication was available to assist my parents when the buttons were pressed. When we received the system, one could not communicate with the call center/dispatcher. The other could mot detect fall as intended. Customer service was at least respectful when I called, but still not too impressed with the system so far. If the replacement system is faulty again, I’m returning everything for something better

I signed up for this and have not received any confirmation. I signed the contract that was emailed to me but have not heard back.

More clear and thorough information about the benefits.
The specific services, so far has been good. A big growing edge is having more clarity and integrity in informing the potential/new client about that if referred by someone their name of the referring person should be given. The same care and detail given to initiate the process should be given as information needs to be given at the begging of the service otherwise the offered credit is not given to the referring person. It's disappointing as I mobilehelp was recommended and referred by a dear friend whose mother uses this service. I do not feel comfortable with this fact.

I paid for an extra charger and it hasn't come
I paid for an extra charger and it needs to get here before I leave! I called a few days ago and they said it would be 3 days. It has never arrived. I called again just now and the kid hung up on me.

Have your employees tell the truth…
Have your employees tell the truth about charging time and how long he charge last. I was told charges in 1 hour and last 5-6 days
