I've had so many problems with this service with Paul pendants, going off and not being able to to disarm it. Your people are good to replace it, but still is a pain in the butt.

It does contact me or listed people immediately.

Everything is wonderful except the false alarms. It would be wonderful to not worry about this. The customer service tips on how to reduce those false alarms has been helpful though.

I am a fan of Mobile Help. My mother is still here because the right decisions were made and they were made quickly. My only negative experience seems to happen when calling for service. The attendants are friendly and the service is good. It just seems there is always something not working right that turns a 15min set up into a multiple hour ordeal. Other than that I have nothing but praise and I would definitely recommend Mobile Help to others and I have. Thank you

I was able to order the package deal lockbox and all rather easily. It was delivered the 2-day Fedex, which meant alot.

I am very pleased. With MobileHelp. Fortunately I have not had to use it. It is just as advertised. It gives me a sense of well-being to know that help is available no matter where I might me.

The reason there wasn't a 5 star rating is because when I had a problem, I referred to the owners manual and what I had on hand, and your phone number wasn't included anywhere. There were several directions to call customer service. Great! There weren't any "cs" numbers anywhere. The date of occurence is approximate.

All questions were answered to our satisfaction. Equipment suited our style and needs
