Customer Service is great! Product/program is great! Only complaint is that when testing the system, sometimes it seems like the calls take a long time to go through. Otherwise, thoroughly happy with this product/service!!

I got frustrated at how the neck worn device was so sensitive that sometimes it went off with the slightest mild jolt!

They're reasonably priced. Helped me locate my sister once. The one time I needed it though, it didn't work correctly. I got help, but they couldn't communicate with me and it was about 40 minutes waiting for help.
