I am glad I have mobile help, I live in the country with limited help.

The call was not answered a quickly as I felt was needed.

Think first and then do not forget to ask the important questions

I have had no bad experiences with Mobile Help. When I received the notice that something had been sent to me, I called the company because I had not ordered or been notified that I was to receive anything. Thinking this was a scam I reported it to the company. I suppose it was because I had paid for my regular fee for use of the service. Customer service didn't know why I received the notice.

Mark was very helpful and courteous. He may a great sales pitch for the micro unit and I feel very confident that my mom will be much safer in the future because of his assistance. The only problem I had was I had to ask him numerous times to repeat things because at the end of his sentences his words would cut out. This was very annoying.
