Paula was great going over the plans and getting me one that works for us. I unfortunately call Life Alert first and was attacked with extreme high pressure sales person. Very sad and concerning they allow this.

After doing some research, I decided to go with MobileHelp medical alert system for my father. They have wonderful customer service reps who take the time to explain all the features and answer your questions fully. My representative, Samantha, was professional, thorough and patient with all of my questions. I'm looking forward to getting the system up and running and gaining the peace of mind to know my dad is protected when he's home alone.
