Samantha answered all the questions I had and described the use of the equipment in full. She pressed me to purchase the service during the initial call. I explained that I did not wish to purchase the service as I had told my Mom that we would make the decision together. Samantha agreed to call back at 4:45 when my Mom would be home and on the call with us to have all of her questions and concerns addressed as well. We were both impressed with the service and subscribed for both the stationary device and gps mobile service. I believe it will serve us well.
