I first talked to Tom who was very professional and fun to talk to he gave me all the information I needed to relay to my friend who is in need of a medical alert button. I called back to purchase but was unable to connect with Tom so Ed was standing in for him and answered all of my new questions, he was also very professional and very kind. He was able to help me look up a picture of the micro button as I was worried it would be to big and my friend is at times is very cranky if things aren’t as expected, i decided that the micro was the way to go so Ed got it ordered for me and explained how to get the papers signed etc. Ed also connected me to customer service so I could add a name to the emergency contact list for my friend, THANK YOU BOTH TOM AND ED
