He was good got what I need

My overall experience was good No problems on setting it up I wish the all button was smaller

So far everything is going fine. I am a new customer so it’s a little early to do a rating. However… The sign-up CSR (Patrick) was extremely kind and helpful. I feel that he provided superior customer service, which I appreciate very much.

The experience was OK, except that I kept getting repeated calls trying to land the sale. However, when I did make a final decision (10 days later), I was able to request being reconnected with my initial contact person.

I love this except I'm sure I asked if it was waterproof and the salesman said yes. After reading info it is only water resistant!!! Can't wear in shower with water raining on it. Otherwise good!

Ben our advisor was very thorough and helpful. He answered all questions professionally and politely even if I asked them more than once. He took the time to go over everything with us and made sure we got what we needed. I wasn’t ready to buy at time but I called back and asked for him. He again went over everything and thanked me for calling him back directly. All items arrived timely and set up was pretty easy. Haven’t had to use it yet and I hope my Mother in law never needs to push the button!

No Activation cost!! JB who I spoke to was wonderful, courteous and patient. I still believe that the item is somewhat costly and should be more affordable for aging seniors.

The purchase process was great!! The sales person seemed truly interested in our concerns and was very knowledgeable about the product. The product was delivered in less than two days. However, when the devise was put on over the patient’s head the fall alarm sounded. It was easily silenced, but was a problem when the same alarm sounded when the patient laid down at bedtime. In addition, when the patient had a small fall, the alarm did NOT sound. Also, the cord separated, so the unit will not stay around the patient’s neck. All of these issues have shaken the patient’s confidence in the product.
