Edward at mobile help was a great representative of this company. He explained things very thoroughly and made it easy for me to understand what I was purchasing. He asked several times if I had any questions and if I did he answered them to my satisfaction. He did not rush me into purchasing the product he made sure that I understood how the products would work. I asked if the products were user friendly since I am a senior and he stated that they were. I’m looking forward to receiving my products so that I can have the assurance that if something happens to me or my husband in our home or other places there be emergency help standing by.
