After lots of research with many alert companies, I talked to Aaron just now. He quickly picked up on what my needs were, answered my questions quickly and understandably and was very professional! I am happy that we sealed the deal. When still working, I lectured on customer service to my franchisee peers, so am very picky. Aaron was great!

Mobilehelp is profession and courteous. They explain in detail their products so it left few questions for me. Even though they always politly asked if i had any They are real people who show they care. Not like some who just read a script. And recieved the product so fast i was shocked. Works great i feel safe so does my husband . Help in any situation is just a click away. Or if by chance we fall and become unconscious and alone , it happens we are covered.
