Buying experience was great. Delivery was quick. Testing did’t work, but a quick phone call fixed the problem (operator error as I didn’t hold the button for 2 to 3 seconds. I received a letter in the mail about MobileHelp. I thought I would contact them for some information. I went on line and clicked on info and after filling in my name and phone number, I was told i would receive a call within 2 minutes. I did and spoke to a very nice gentleman named Michael. He was so easy to talk to, pleasant and knowledgeable . He answered all my questions. This looked like a very good product to me and was reasonably priced. So I ordered one.
