I called to add 3 more phone numbers as my emergency numbers. Got put on hold. No return call. My device has detected a fall several times in error.

I was so I disappointed.
I was so impressed with the presentation that I decided to go with this company instead of your number one competitor. When I received the unit and attempted to activate it the unit was not functioning. The representative said that they would send me a new unit . This was of course extremely disappointing. I have lost 2 weeks since I now have to wait for a new unit and hopefully it will work . I’ll give it one more chance .

Make device volume loud enoigh for hearing-impaired to utilize, or it is worthless. Make device accurate enough to allow wearer to stand up, sit down, etc without alarming as a fall.

My overall experience with ordering went quite well, the shipping was bad because I haven't received anything as of yet, my order was not on time
