Outstanding service and help in setting up. These days this is especially rare. Also my little grandson accidentally set off an alarm and not only did they respond immediately, with three calls, but they were very nice and understanding about the accident. No wonder this is a top ranked company in this field.

This is the first medical alert system I’ve ever purchased, nor did I know anyone who had one. I had so many questions, as I started my search without absolutely no knowledge about medical alerts.
