Samantha was an absolute joy to work with. She explained everything I needed to know to help my mom get started with Mobilehelp. She patiently answered any questions I had, although there weren't many as she did an excellent job in communicating all the features and pricing options. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The gentleman rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He explained thoroughly the different plans and understood my needs. I can only hope their customer service is as helpful as he was.
