Customer service and ordering was amazing!

Michael was kind, understanding, and patient. I placed a request for information, and didn't expect a call right away. I was going through a very emotional and difficult day, and Michael was understanding and made sure someone contacted me back. I was able to speak to Michael again and felt that my needs were met, while also having a personal interaction and not someone just selling me something. I can't speak on the product as the interaction was about getting the product, but the customer service and care has been truly wonderful.

Elam was knowledgeable about the products and was a good listener. He understood our needs and met our expectations of an excellent experience. We rate 5 stars.

AJ my representative called me almost immediately after I submitted more information and a quote. He was super nice, knowledgeable and not pushy. He explained many options and plans and led me to make an educated decision. The whole process was positive and went smoothly. I was actually not going to commit but rather just get info but as our conversation continued it was a no brainer for me not to get this service for my friend. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of this service.

Easy to set up and yes. My only gripe is the extra wall mount button is very difficult to mount. Should have stick on pads and no screws
