Called about a holster for my unit but the one they have won't work for my model. They tested my unit and made sure it was connecting properly and answered all my questions.

I was happy with my initial conversation with Paula and the details of my inquiry. I was slightly disappointed with the turnover time in trying to get my account started as she was off for two days and delayed my start and shipment of my order . Paula was very nice it wasn’t her fault she was off but as she works on commission I wanted to gives her the account… I’m unfortunately waiting shipment a day later than hoped

All works as promised and well covered. Unfortunateli, I had erroneously thought that it would work when I was shopping, at church, at a restaurant etc but I discovered that it must be within range of the main unit, e.g 1600 feet. Very disappointing
