All went well with questions I asked…
All went well with questions I asked before receiving the help. When I received the material and informed the on-site manager here, I was informed that we already have a lockbox situation set up at this facility. I am not quite sure what I should do with the unused lockbox.

Delightful Call!
What a delight to do business with someone who speaks good English! Your rep was great at explaining the difference between what I am leaving and Mobile Help. To have only one unit around my neck that can recharge in several minutes is a big advantage for me.
