Having done quite a bit of research, I found my experience with MobileHelp, a big #10 (being the best) … due to the fact that Matthew, the representative who spoke with me was very professional, polite and patient! He answered all my many questions to my satisfaction and even gave me a chance to discuss all the information with my husband! Matthew, plus the alert device, sold us!

Great customer service.

I was extremely happy with my experience. During set up I had sketchy cell service but that was figured out by the fellow I called. He had me re-test when I left my residence to connect to ATT satelite. Every detail seems to be covered very well and everyone was helpful when I called with some questions I had.
