Samuel was a wonderful sales…
Samuel was a wonderful sales representative, kind, knowledgeable and informative. When I had a question about the price after agreeing to pay for the contract, I called and spoke to Nicky. She, too, was informative and explained why the figure was what it was. The units have arrived and I have them activated. My only complaint so far is despite it weighing two ounces, the unit on the laniard is way too heavy for my neck. It's causing me pain. It works great! Two times I've had false fall alerts. I bent over to dress my husband - he cannot dress himself and it registered falls. Am pleased it is sensitive and working.
