The internet is a confusing and demanding sales "person."
my checking on the flood of emails and letters that came from the original contact through consumer affairs (which I found annoying and misleading since my response to the ad brought only a flood of undifferentiated sources for emergency alerts with very little to help me decide what might serve me best) resulted in my judging that MobileHelp had the most useful product. From that time on, the service was relatively painless and the equipment arrived ready for use. I still haven't waded through the instructions to know whether it will work as promised or not, I will take the button with me on a trip to Chicago at the end of this month, and we shall see.
