Sales (Matthew) was excellent
Sales (Matthew) was excellent. He's the reason I purchased over other providers. Customer service on the other hand was lacking. From the noise in the background, I'm sure she worked from home. Which is ok. But her skills and knowledge were lacking. Had I spoken to her first, I would not be a customer.
