Pretty good but some incorrect info
Overall good but the customer service representative failed to inform me about the $50 restocking fee and the 3 month obligation. He said if we didn't like it we could return it for free. So that's no entirely true.

Finding out about Mobile Help was easy…
Finding out about Mobile Help was easy and the process of ordering went smoothly. I'm still learning why my light flashes and whether it is because I may have fallen or a battery issue. I hope Soon I will have it figured out.

The instructions are a little hard to…
The instructions are a little hard to follow had to call at least three times with the eight of someone here at my house to understand how to do this. I know some people think just because you're old you don't understand stuff but when there's young people sitting with him and they don't understand it it's time to do something. Overall in general it seems to be a good system hope I don't have to use it. Thank you for your help

Nathan was wonderful to work with
Nathan was wonderful to work with. I ordered this for my Dad. I'll give you all a 5 star when our system arrives and is up and running if everything works out. But so far so good.
