We received your review and we are sorry to hear about your experience as that is not typical for our customers. Upon review of your account and based on what you have provided, it appears that you selected the annual plan, rather than our monthly promotional rate plan for $19.95. The system does come with 1 standard help button included in the cost for your system. It looks like additional buttons were selected somehow on your end when the order was placed online. Pricing is listed on the right-hand side of screen when ordering online. So that we can make sure other customer's do not have this same experience, we like to report any short comings to our website staff. To confirm, you were not given at total prior to purchase?
